KL - Reducing Manpower Cost
This course will provide participants with necessary knowledge on how to cope during this economic crisis and what effective actions that can be taken to smoothen the process with minimum emotional trauma which I strategic to the continuous well-being of the remaining employees and organizational effectiveness.
JB - Investigation, Misconduct & Domestic Enquiry
This course aims to provide end-to-end knowledge of when and how a domestic inquiry should be conducted. The program focuses on investigation techniques, roles of Managers in a matter concerning misconduct, the evidence collection process and DI proper. Participants can expect to independently run a domestic inquiry without qualms by the end of the session.
Online - Employment Act 1955
To provide participants with the application of all clauses under the Employment Act 1955. The program will be conducted in a practical manner while focusing on application / solutions being provided to a Company.
As an addition, this program shall also cover the up to date amendments proposed by the Ministry with regards to the Employment Act.

This course aims to provide end-to-end knowledge of when and how a domestic inquiry should be conducted. The program focuses on investigation techniques, roles of Managers in a matter concerning misconduct, the evidence collection process and DI proper. Participants can expect to independently run a domestic inquiry without qualms by the end of the session.
