Victor is currently leading the team at MECA and provides high level technical advise, strategic solutions and any other industrial relations assistance required by clients. Victor started specialising in this area since 2008 and with over 15 years of experience, he has served clients across all industries, including government linked companies, multi-nationals, non-profits, SMEs, start-ups and the likes.

Victor is also an experienced trainer and is often invited as speaker at seminars and conferences on industrial relations.
 

He is passionate about the law and often appears as a frontline in legislative changes through the Ministry of Human Resources. Victor is also active in associations and is currently the deputy chair for the human capital chapter under the Malaysian International Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MICCI).

Victor has led MECA through multiple awards under the HR spectrum in Malaysia and is also recognised in the 2nd edition of Britishpedia’s Successful People in Malaysia. He is also a certified workplace investigator, a skill that is often sought after in disciplinary and performance cases.
