Sabah Labour Ordinance (Chapter 67)

To provide updates on the Sabah Labour Ordinance (Amendment) Bill 2024 that was tabled for first reading in the Dewan Rakyat on 17 July 2024. These proposed amendments aim to enhance worker protection and modernize labour regulations in Sabah, aligning with international standards and the Employment Act 1955.
